KAMPALA -  UGANDA The Director of Mobilization for the Patriotic League of Uganda (PLU) and Igara East County MP, Hon. Michael Mawanda, hosted several fruitful meetings at the PLU Secretariat in Naguru today.

Hon. Mawanda met with Mr. Ssegujja Rashid and the team from BALI-BALI Community Initiative LTD, who expressed interest in mobilizing support for PLU. BALI-BALI has members across Uganda's regions. They presented their proposals and constitution to Hon. Mawanda.

He also met with Mr. Sseruwu Fred from Mukono, gifting him a portrait to celebrate his Igara East Constituency MP victory and appreciate his work as Director of Mobilization.

A team from PLU Frontline for Development Group, led by Bbaale Anthony, visited Hon. Mawanda and expressed willingness to volunteer for PLU in Kampala.

Mr. Tiishekwa Ambrose Rukundo, Advocate of the High Court, also paid a courtesy visit, expressing interest in joining PLU.

Hon. Mawanda appreciated the groups' support and looks forward to working together.
